Returns and refunds
Health products require careful handling. Contact the pharmacy before returning anything.
Medicines and health products
For safety reasons, medicines that have left pharmacy control may not be eligible for resale or return. Eligibility depends on product condition, applicable law and pharmacy review.
Incorrect or damaged order
Contact the pharmacy promptly with your order number and photographs where appropriate. Keep the product sealed and retain all packaging.
Refund processing
Approved refunds are returned through the applicable payment method or another method agreed with the pharmacy. Processing time may depend on the payment provider.
Cancellations
Request cancellation immediately. An order may no longer be cancellable after dispensing, preparation or dispatch has begun.
