Important conditions for using the pharmacy storefront and customer account.
Pharmacy services
Website content and product information do not replace professional medical advice. Pharmacists may request additional information or decline a supply where clinically or legally appropriate.
Accounts
Provide accurate information, protect your password and notify the pharmacy if you suspect unauthorised account access. An account is scoped to the pharmacy where it was created.
Orders and pricing
An order is subject to stock, pricing validation, professional review and successful payment. The pharmacy may contact you before accepting or fulfilling an order.
Payments
Payments are processed through the configured payment provider. A displayed payment attempt is not complete until the provider and Aura verify it successfully.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, submit unlawful prescriptions or interfere with another person’s account or pharmacy operations.
