How pharmacy orders are prepared, dispatched and received.
Order processing
Paid orders are reviewed and prepared by the pharmacy. Prescription products remain subject to pharmacist approval before fulfilment.
Delivery coverage and timing
Available delivery areas, charges and estimated times depend on the pharmacy branch and delivery address. The pharmacy will contact you if an address is outside its service area.
Receiving an order
A responsible adult may need to receive medicines. Cold-chain, controlled or prescription products may require additional identity or handling checks.
Delays and unavailable products
The pharmacy will contact you if stock changes, professional review is required, or delivery is delayed. Substitutions are never made without appropriate confirmation.
